Earlier this year, about 3 months ago, I got very sick. Ambulance, emergency, hospital, life or death kinda deal. Still recovering and have a way to go until I'm back to full strength again.
This is why everything is out of stock, I haven't been promoting my pedals, or making product videos etc.
I was working a traditional job, plus building pedals/synths, and designing industrial electronics and overdoing things in a big way.
I'll be making some changes to my life, and this means changes at Gehirn Enterprises too.
1. I won't be doing any more custom orders. Sorry.
2. Lots of things are getting discontinued. I'll build out my existing pcb stock then that's it. No more.
3. I'll be focusing on my best sellers and building them in larger batches. This will mean that it will be a lot easier to keep a smaller range of products in stock, without getting overworked.
4. I might do some new products in limited releases. Five or ten pieces of interesting things. Let's see what happens.
My focus for the next few months is my recovery and I'll slowly start building stuff again.
Thanks for the support, and I'll get back to making insane noise pedals and cool synth stuff soon.
Cheers, Brendan.

The DoomedLife,
is back.
I prototype,
Don't over-hype.
This ringmod's on crack.

Recorded using mostly stuff I sell here.
]]>Well....
Hmmm...
I had a break, it was nice. Now I'm back.
You might have seen I just launched NINE !!! new EuroRack products.
I'm really proud of them. Has been a lot of work but they rock.
I've got next week off my usual job to build more stock so expect to see the DoomLord back in stock then.
I'll also be starting work on the Doom Dimension Door. It's a sub octave pitch shifter with sine waves for the deepest sub bass carnage. And a DoomedLife pedal, With a DoomLord chucked on the end of that sweet sweet signal chain. And... The Doomlord will have an output boost after the EQ stage, to recover the signal loss from passive EQ. Maximum volume yields maximum results.
And I should finally have time to record demo's for the Catastrophic Delay and Pitch Druid. Both are really amazing delays. The Cat will drown you in ambient bliss, and the Druid may be the most powerful and versatile pedal I have created.
Cheers,
Brendan
So my focus has switched to completing custom builds and reducing my workload on building stock. I'm spending more time with my partner and going to the beach when the weather is nice.
I've also had some parts go onto back order and won't be able to complete some pedals until next year anyway, so I figure now is a good time to take a rest.
I also have an INSANE workload at my full time job building underwater equipment so that's taking priority for a while.
If there's is a product that's out of stock, but you are dying to get it, drop me an email and I might be able to squeeze a quick build in, or I can at least let you know when it will be available.
Thanks for being awesome customers, supporting my business and buying tons of pedals. It wouldn't be possible to do this without you. I'll be back on deck early next year.
Brendan.

I have some big orders of PCB's and parts on the way so keep an eye out for some new products, some new variants and re-stocking of out of stock products.
Cheers,
Brendan

I'm really excited about the Leviathan. It's a drive and reverb in one pedal.
There are two modes for the drive and the reverb has two modes too. Has a really gritty feel to the low gain mode and the high gain mode get's pretty dirty. The reverb can go from pretty standard spring tank up to lusciously ambient long decay bliss. It will even self oscillate if you max all of the settings.
Also working on a BMP clone, another delay and a glorious, insane and delicious Fuzz + Octave + Tremolo called the Nocturnal Razer.
